Returns & Cancellations
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason we make an error on your order, the product does not function according to its specifications, or your order arrives damaged we will replace it free of charge.
We will do our best to remedy any dissatisfaction with your order; however, we cannot be held responsible for dissatisfaction with print quality as a result of low resolution images uploaded by the customer, or any mistake a customer makes when entering an order. In addition, we manufacture a custom product which cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer simply doesn't like the product.
To meet our advertised turnaround times, orders are entered into production almost immediately after the order is placed. Therefore, if you realize you need to cancel or make a change to your order contact customer service right away. If your order has already entered production you may only be eligible for a partial refund upon cancellation request.
